When it comes to critical care nursing, every second counts. So, we made the most of every moment at this week's AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses)'s #NTI2025 Conference in New Orleans. 🏥 The Baxter team demonstrated our infusion system, fluid management, care communications and smart bed innovations for the ICU environment. 📢 We cheered on nurses as the competed in the annual Critical Care Challenge. Last month, while an island-wide power outage left hundreds of thousands of people and businesses across Puerto Rico without electricity, Baxter’s local manufacturing facilities stood strong. In recent years, Baxter has invested in energy cogeneration systems for two of our plants on the island to support resiliency and the continuity of products they produce. Cogeneration utilizes natural gas and therefore reduces our use of the local utility grid – in addition to supporting Baxter’s efforts to decrease our greenhouse gas emissions. #ThisIsWhere we invest in supply resiliency.
